A Different Wavelength

Some minds run on a
different frequency.
Our team specializes in working with people who feel:

capable but constrained
Scattered yet brilliant
driven yet exhausted.

Full of creative potential, but constantly overwhelmed
Deeply sensitive in a world that often feels “too much.”

If everyday tasks seem harder than they “should” be,
If you’ve worked twice as hard just to keep up,
Or if you’ve been labeled lazy, unmotivated, distracted, or “too sensitive”:
You’re not alone, and you’re not failing.

Neurodivergence isn’t a flaw to fix; it’s a distinct cognitive rhythm,
a different way of processing information, sensing the world,
and responding to it.
A Different Wavelength is Constellation Mental Health Services’ neurodiversity-focused pathway,
dedicated to individuals exploring ADHD, autism, and other neurodivergent ways of thinking and feeling.

Built for neurodivergent minds, grounded in evidence, and shaped by compassion, curiosity, and respect.
Who we help
These services are designed for adolescents and adults who:
-
Wonder if they might have ADHD
-
Want to explore if they may be on the Autism Spectrum
-
Have been diagnosed but still feel misunderstood or unsupported
-
Struggle with focus, motivation, organization, procrastination, or overwhelm
-
Experience burnout, shame, or chronic self-doubt linked to productivity
-
Feel their intelligence or creativity isn’t reflected in their daily functioning
-
Want support that is neuro-affirming, not pathologizing
-
Prefer a process that is collaborative, flexible, and inclusive.
You don’t need to be “sure.” Curiosity is enough.
Assessment & support that works with your brain.
Many services expect clients to fit systems that weren’t designed for neurodivergent minds.
We do the opposite. Our approach is built to:
Reduce paperwork fatigue and form overload
Minimize shame and maximize understanding
Offer structure without rigidity

Focus on how your brain works, not what it gets “wrong”
Support momentum, initiation, and follow-through
Highlight strengths alongside challenges

We aim to make all of our services feel human, not clinical or cold.
Where helpful & possible, questionnaires and forms are completed together in session, so you don’t have to manage motivation, memory, or attention alone.
