We offer individual counselling & therapy for a wide range of mental health conditions and concerns from everyday stress and life transitions to complex and longstanding difficulties.

 

Services are offered virtually and grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed care.​​​​

Fees & Billing​

We offer transparent fees and can direct bill many insurance providers.

 

Coverage varies by plan and province, and clients are encouraged to confirm benefits in advance.​

 

Hourly rates range from $100 - $220 depending on professional designation (i.e psychologist, licensed therapist) and the therapist's level of experience.​

Therapy for Veterans, CAF, RCMP

What we offer

Specialized mental health support for those who have served. We provide trauma-informed psychological therapy for Veterans, Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) members, and RCMP members and are familiar with Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) processes.

 

We provide services that align with VAC coverage and documentation requirements.

Who its for

This service is intended for Veterans, CAF members, and RCMP members who are experiencing mental health concerns related to service or operational stress, including post-traumatic stress, anxiety, depression, moral injury, chronic stress, sleep difficulties, anger, or relationship challenges.

 

This pathway is appropriate for individuals seeking VAC-covered mental health services.

Fees & Billing

Mental health services for Veterans, CAF members, and RCMP may be covered through Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC), Blue Cross, or other third-party payers, depending on eligibility and approval.

Our team can help confirm coverage and explain billing options before your first appointment.​

Indigenous Therapy - NIHB

What we offer

Our Indigenous Therapy Services are offered in recognition of the ongoing impacts of colonialism, intergenerational trauma, systemic inequities, and cultural disruption, alongside the deep strengths, resilience, and knowledge within Indigenous communities.

​

We aim to provide therapy that is respectful, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in relationship, with space for identity, history, and lived experience to be honoured.​​

Who its for

These services are available to:

  • First Nations and Inuit clients eligible for NIHB coverage

  • Indigenous individuals seeking culturally safer mental health care

  • Clients navigating trauma, grief, identity, mental health concerns, or life transitions​​

 

Fees & Billing

Mental health counselling for eligible First Nations and Inuit clients may be covered through the Non-Insured Health Benefits Program (NIHB).

​

  • Up to 22 counselling sessions per calendar year may be covered

  • Coverage is subject to NIHB eligibility and program guidelines

  • We bill NIHB directly for approved services whenever possible
