*New & Exciting - January 2026!*
We have in-person locations coming soon in Calgary & Edmonton, Alberta. Check back for updates!
At Constellation Mental Health Services, we offer counselling and therapy that seeks to understand and support the whole person, not just the symptoms or diagnoses.
Our approach is trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and evidence-based, with therapy tailored to your needs and delivered at your pace. We focus on building safety, understanding patterns, and developing practical tools that support meaningful change.
Our services are offered virtually so you can access therapy from a space that feels comfortable for you. Whether you’re seeking short-term support or longer-term healing, you’re welcome here.

Our Approach

You Are More Than a Diagnosis
At Constellation Mental Health Services, we see you as a whole person, not a label, a checklist or a set of symptoms.
While diagnoses and assessments can be helpful tools, they do not define you. We take the time to understand your story including your relationships, history, strengths, challenges, and the context of your life.

Whole-Person Healing & Growth
We support recovery and growth that involve your whole self.. where you’ve come from, where you are now, and the future you’re hoping to build.
Our work considers emotional, relational, physical, and environmental factors, helping you move forward in ways that feel meaningful and sustainable.

Inclusive, Culturally Respectful, & Neuro-Affirming Care
We honour Indigenous ways of knowing, value cultural humility, and celebrate neurodiversity.
We welcome the many things that make you who you are including your identity, background, strengths, challenges, and lived experiences and we want to understand what matters most to you.

Safety, Trust, & Genuine Human Connection
Our work is rooted in trust, safety, and strong therapeutic relationships.
We show up authentically and with care, recognizing that healing happens best in spaces where people feel respected, supported, and understood.
Finances shouldn’t be a barrier to care. We direct bill most insurance plans, and our clinicians are registered to offer therapy funded through NIHB, VAC, and other federal programs. We’re happy to help you explore your options.
Our Expertise
Our clinicians work with a wide range of concerns. Below are just a few of the ways our compassionate team can help.

We offer trauma-informed therapy that supports nervous system regulation, healing attachment wounds, and building emotional safety.

This includes support for anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, chronic stress, and burnout, as well as grief, loss, major life transitions, and post-traumatic growth.
Mind–Body & Somatic Healing

Our work recognizes the deep connection between mind and body. We incorporate somatic, embodied, and sensory-friendly approaches to healing.

We also provide support for chronic pain, health challenges, sleep difficulties, and stress-related physical symptoms.
Identity, Meaning & Inner Work
-
We support clients in exploring identity, self-worth, values, and inner narratives.

Therapy may involve meaning-making, self-compassion, and understanding long-standing patterns that shape how you relate to yourself and others.
Relationships & Connection

We work with individuals, couples, and families to strengthen relationships, improve communication, navigate conflict, and repair relational ruptures.
-
This includes family dynamics, attachment-based work, and interpersonal skill development.
Neurodiversity & Life Skills Support

We provide affirming support for neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and autistic traits.
-
This may include help with daily living skills, emotional regulation, academic or workplace accommodations, and assessment-informed treatment planning and goal-setting.
