I am an an intern therapist completing a masters in counselling psychology at City University.

I can support clients virtually across Alberta, Ontario, Newfoundland & Labrador.
Clinical interests
Men’s mental health, ADHD, and the ways assessment and testing can support deeper understanding and meaningful intervention.
Things I can help with in therapy
Mood disorders, anxiety disorders & OCD, personality disorders and identity disruption; Traumatic incidents, stress, PTSD and complex trauma; Chronic pain, grief, substance and alcohol addiction, attachment.
Approaches I use in session
CBT, DBT, ACT.
I approach therapy with openness, curiosity, and respect, aiming to create a space where clients feel understood rather than defined by labels. I am learning how to integrate neurodiversity-affirming perspectives and trauma-informed principles
