REGISTERED PSYCHOLOGIST

I am an experienced registered psychologist providing support in Alberta, Newfoundland & Labrador and Ontario. I specialize in trauma treatment, complex cases and psychological assessment.

I am also the founder and director of Constellation Mental Health, which developed from a desire to expand the reach of our support across Canada and provide connection for clients in the most remote parts of our provinces.

Clinical interests

Patterns, complexity, trauma and healing, meaning-making, identity development, neurodivergence, exploring deep minds and inner worlds, assessments and psychometrics.

Mood disorders, anxiety disorders & OCD, personality disorders and identity disruption; Traumatic incidents, stress, PTSD and complex trauma; Chronic pain, grief, substance and alcohol addiction, attachment.

Narrative exposure therapy, Internal Family Systems, CBT, DBT, ACT, somatic techniques, polyvagal.
